Time Based Provisioning & De-Provisioning

IDHub allows you to do restricted time-based account provisioning, which means once the set date/time has passed, IDHub would automatically trigger the revocation of the account.

Overview

This is a highly useful feature when you are provisioning accounts for employees who are not permanent employees but are hired on a temporary basis (contractor). Therefore in this scenario, you can do the time-based account provisioning for those temp employees/contractors, so that once the contractual period is over, IDHub does the automatic revocation for the account.

Onboard & Request Access to the Application

The first step of the provisioning is to onboard the application (with application attribute access revoke date, which is IDHub out of the box attribute) request and then request access to the application.

The application must have the access revoke date attribute. As you can see in the below screenshot, you need to select the access date revoke, which is the date after which the account would be revoked.
