Job Responsibilities:

  • For each contact within our CRM, facilitate the sales process from the initiation of the original call, through finalization of account set-up.

  • Connect and interact with potential clients via phone calls, with a persuasive and energetic attitude.

  • Listen attentively to client questions and provide answers that are knowledgeable and insightful to encourage product sale, while offering in-depth understanding of company products and its position in the industry.
  • Set up sales appointments and route to proper sales associates for follow up.
  • Create and follow an outlined script while generating leads.
  • Provide high level initial software demos, while maintaining a positive and persuasive attitude.
  • Update the company’s CRM as information is received; Pipedrive.

  • Participate in weekly meetings to discuss benchmarks and personal and team goals.
  • Showcase the company’s strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organization unique.   

Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask is a must.

  • Prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Self-motivated/directed and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently or part of a team.

  • Pipedrive CRM experience is a plus.

  • Mailchimp experience a plus

  • PandaDocs experience a plus

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent or pursuing
